WHITE DOG

I offer my pure heart to you
if your intentions are sincere and true.

So much love, compassion to share,
so much to hold dear with care.

So many beings that beg for it,
so many to go create, connect with.

So easy to lose myself in the many,
so I set my healthy boundaries.

And unconditionally love my —
even my enemies —
because we are all one family.

At the same time,
I show my teeth when I need
to defend my territory.

With authenticity,
integrity,
responsibility,
you can always count on me —
true heartfelt loyalty.

I love you.
